INFUSED WATER


Hi guys! How's going? Summer it's almost here and it's time to get ready.. of course we want to look beautiful but we also want to be healty; so what is the first thing to do to reach our goal? Drink more water! We all know that water is really good for our system: it prevent dehydration, it makes our skin look better, it reduces the work of kidneys, contrast cellulite and under eyes bags, it also help to lose weight.. expert reccomend drinking at least two liters of water at day.... but being honest sometimes it can be quite taugh. That's why we can spice it up our drink adding some good ingredients that will make it delicious and also really good for our internal beauty.

1. Strawberry, lime and lemon Strawberrys are rich in enzymes capable of activating fat metabolism helping the body to lose weight with less effort. They are also rich in fibers which increase the feeling of satiety.

This infuse water is a boost of vitamin C which is amazing to reduce wrinkles and strenghten the capillaries.

2.Orange and rosemary Orange it's a powerfull antioxidant, it is a great source of vitamin C and it is also purifying. It takes care of the health of the skin. Beside this benefits it is also an anti-stress.

3.Strawberry, sage and lime Citric acid has the dual properties to facilitate digestion and help the body to dissolve fat, thanks to the content of a flavonoid (hesperidin) can lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Sage is a stimulant of the organism, it is helpful during period and fights fatigue and depression.

4.Strawberry, pineapple and rosemary Pineapple reduces high blood pressure and maintains good overall health of the entire human skeleton. It contains phosporus, potasium, calcium, fiber and vitamin C. It's a poor result in fat and cholesterol that makes it extremely healthy.

5.Cucumber, lime and rosemary Enzymes and fibers contained in cucumber peel promote proper digestion and metabolic processes in the liver. It can reduce the toxic effects involving the digestive system and undo the effect of some carcinogenic compound.

6.Cucumber and lime Over all that we have said about the cucumbers They are also very useful to perform a kind of intestinal cleansing and to lubricate the joints.
